How to Use

1. Shake well before use to mix the oil and water layers.
2. Soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin).
3. Gently press onto eye or lip makeup for a few seconds to allow the formula to break down makeup.
4. Wipe away makeup without rubbing or tugging.
5. For stubborn mascara, leave the cotton pad on the area a little longer before gently wiping off.
6. Rinse with lukewarm water if needed.
   Can also be used to remove lipstick and other point makeup.
